Senior Week Newsletter

Dear Students,

Congrats on making it to your final finals week! We hope this week goes well for you and we are looking forward to celebrating the final days prior to graduation with you!

Please see some important information below about Senior Week events and tickets below:

Recently Added Events

SPIT Dinner (05/10, 5pm): Sign up HERE! The SPIT Dinner, courtesy of Dining Services will take place from 5pm to 7:30pm on Friday, May 10th in Donohue Dining Hall. Please bring your VU Wildcard. All seniors eat for free!
The Senior Job Meetup (05/13, 12pm): Sign up HERE! OPEN TO SENIORS OF ALL MAJORS! This special event and catered luncheon is designed to support graduating seniors identify job and other post-graduate opportunities. It truly is not too late to secure an ideal-fit position. Come to this event and discover the possibilities. You'll engage with employers, hear about openings, and learn valuable professional development strategies for now and a lifetime. Join us!

Ticket Updates

Gold Package: The Gold Package has sold out. As said in our previous email, tickets were going to sell quickly. There are a limited amount of spaces on the Moonlight Cruise and we have reached max capacity
Six Flags ticket pickup: Please come to the Office of Student Involvement (Dougherty 102) between 10am and 4pm this week to pickup your Six Flags tickets. The last day to pick them up is Friday, May 10th. If you purchased a bus ticket to Six Flags, you can pick up your ticket at bus loading
Deadline to Purchase Tickets:

Six Flags: Wednesday, 5/8
Senior Ball/Silver Package: Monday, 5/13
Senior Picnic: Will be selling at door ($25)

Villanovatix Tickets: Please bring your Villanovatix tickets to ALL events. The only event we will not require the Villanovatix pdf ticket is the trip to Six Flags. A separate ticket mentioned above is required for that event

Please purchase your tickets today if you haven't done so already and plan on participating in Senior Week 2019!

Other Important Information

Identification: Please bring a valid state/government ID, your wildcard, and your e-ticket to every Senior Week event. The Senior Ball, Wine Tasting, and the Moonlight Cruise are a 21+ event and attendees without proper identification will not be permitted to enter the venues
Bus Pickups: All bus pick ups and drop offs will take place in the Law School lot of West Campus. Please see the schedule below for pickup timing information. Please dispose of open containers and alcoholic beverages prior to riding the buses. You are not required to take the buses but we recommend you do:

Moonlight Cruise (401 S Christopher Columbus Blvd): Bus loading begins at 10:45pm and last bus leaves at 11pm
Six Flags (1 Six Flags Blvd, Jackson Township, NJ): Bus loading begins at 10:15am and last bus leaves at 10:30 am (must have a bus ticket to ride)
Senior Ball (525 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA): Bus loading begins at 7:00pm and last bus leaves at 7:15pm

Responsible drinking: If you choose to drink, please drink responsibly. Be sure to use taxi services and ride share programs if you need transportation too and from the venues/West Campus and please take advantage of the transportation already provided. Never drive under the influence
Student Conduct: Please be sure to abide by the Code of Student Conduct for all Senior Week events. Please be respectful of all Villanova, Commencement Committee, and the individual venue staffs. If you have any questions or concerns during an event, please find a Villanova staff member
